QA – Web Portal, Back End, Mobile, Automation
Responsibilities:
? Work with Requirements and Development team to understand the product features and create test plans for features
? Execute test cases as per test plan. File bug reports and track bugs to closure
? Automation of test cases
? Work with the Test Manager to analyze error patterns and refine test plans/cases
? Write/Review test plans and test cases for content and coverage.
? Work with development to proactively prevent software defects and to resolve software defects.
? Work with on-site and off-shore development and QA teams.
? Work with product management and development to prioritize defect resolution.
? Participate in code reviews.
? Isolate, recreate, and report bugs, and verify fixes.
? Analytical and questioning skills to develop an understanding of actual process performance.

Requirements:
? BS degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related area
? Solid hands-on engineering experience (6+ years for senior analyst; 4 – 6 years for others)
? Good knowledge in telecom testing methodologies, creation of test plans, and test automation framework and tools (Tcl/Tk etc.), Perl, Python etc.
? Junit test case creation.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Good knowledge of White/Black Box testing
? Experience in performing unit testing, system testing, performance testing, IOT, and fault testing
? Strong data collection and analysis skills.
? Solid understanding of SQL/relational database concepts; and proficient is writing complex database queries
? Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, under pressure and in high stress situations.
? Strong UI automation tool experience such as Selenium required
? Experience testing web user interfaces, mobile user interfaces, and RESTful APIs.
? Experience in performing functional and automated testing of Web Technologies, Siebel, Middleware (AIA/SOA/OSB), and Mobile technology - iOS and Android.
? Experience in popular data networking test tools and simulators
