Responsibilities:

Order handling and issue VAT invoice
销售订单管理及增值税发票处理

Purchase handling: air-shipment and sea-shipment ordering to Sweden
采购订单管理：向瑞典下订单包括空运海运

Manage stock and check reporting from warehouse weekly.
每周和库房进行沟通，管理库存，检查核对库房的库存表。

Client credit control
客户账期控制

Weekly reporting as per routines within party A
每周根据公司制度提供周报告

Telephone contact to client and suppliers
与供应商与客户的电话沟通

Assist the Deputy GM and Chief Administrative officer in daily routine as assigned.
协助副总经理和行政主管安排的工作

Always follow company policy as to relations to clients.
依据公司政策处理和客户的关系

Always follow company rules for personal & professional behaviour
服从公司相关的个人及职业行为准则

Contribute positively to the continued development of Elpress business in China
为Elpress在中国的商业发展持续做出贡献

Knowledge/experience/target：
职位要求：
Existing experience with above tasks
具备相关经验者优先

Excellent command of English language in speech as well as writing
非常良好的英语口语和书写能力

Working experience with Some ERP system, like Ufida U8
ERP管理系统的相关工作经验，如用友的U8系统

Capable of working independent, take initiative and at the same time be a team player in the organization
能独立完成工作，并能积极主动的配合团队工作。

Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧

Will take on training to learn other administrative function when required
