Responsibilities工作职责：

1.Providing legal consultation orally and in written form as required by departments;

应公司各部门需求，以书面或口头的方式提供法律咨询；

2.Drafting, making, reviewing, modifying contracts, agreements, reports as well as other legal documents for each department;

草拟，制订，审核，修改各部门业务中涉及的各类合同、协议、报告或其他法律文件；

3.Attending consultation, meetings or negotiations with vendors, or relevant meetings where legal representation is required for each department;

参与各部门与供应商之间与法律相关的磋商、谈判，或相关会议；

4.Undertaking investigations and seeking relevant information including documentation from government agencies;

根据相关的法律规定，查阅政府部门的有关档案资料；

5.Issuing statements, announcements, lawyer letters or disclosing information to the media according to company’s special authorization;

受公司的委托，代表公司发布声明、公告、律师函或向新闻媒体披露信息；

6.Negotiating or conducting simple intermediation with opposing parties.

代表公司与争议对方进行简单的交涉、协商、谈判、和解、调解。

7.Manage negotiations and relationship with external legal providers

公司外聘律师事务所的管理（如果聘用的法律咨询人员无律师执照）

8.Training and coaching as required

公司法律相关知识的培训

9.Other tasks assigned by Superior

Requirements任职要求：

1.University graduate majoring in Law – first class academic background and good analytical skills. Pass legal qualification exam plus.

法律专业大学本科以上学历，拥有一流的教育背景和深厚的法律功底，通过司法资格考试者优先

2.Minimum of 5 year's post qualification working experience in major law firm or multinational in-house legal function in China, retail industry preferably

3.Must be able to work under pressure and to cope with tight deadlines
