职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

establishes production schedules and targets for the manufacturing and inspection of woven fabrics (before finishing), to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders
coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs
plans production activities and personnel to achieve work-in-process targets
organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets
manages supply chain with sub-contractors related to the manufacturing of woven fabrics
compiles, analyzes and evaluates production data objectively
monitors production quality to minimize rejections
maintains product quality and raw material quality
advises management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors
manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency
assists in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques
determines proper staffing and skill levels for the weaving plant
assigns available resources
manages and trains a team of production staff in the weaving plant
production control: management of operation discipline and waste
leading/supervising: daily meeting to control the efficiency and quality
daily machine maintenance & settings: fixes and improves machines in line with the maintenance plan and directives
performance management: attendance management and record, timely feedback and actions of performance issue, performance assessment. keeps the discipline
health and safety: correct protective equipment management, develop safety operation policy for employees, including protective equipment use, unsafety issue report and correct action development, safety warning signs post and etc. to keep employee safety and machine safety
timely finish other tasks assigned by line manager


Key Requirements:

college education and above
at least 3 years of equivalent management experience
have good weaving knowledge and people management skill
good competency of training and communication
knowledge of computer office tools
knowledge of English to communicate with leaders, colleagues world wide
have a positive and open communication capability and strong coordination ability
proactive and positive
