职位描述：

1. Coordinate and monitor site construction with JianLi Company, main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers;
协调和检查监理单位、总包、分包及供应商的现场工作；
2. Provide monitoring and controlling of the civil construction/structure works, including quality, safety, etc, against specifications and relevant Chinese standards;
按照规范和相关的国标要求进行土建（结构）施工的监督及控制，包括质量、安全等；
3. Monitor, review and report on the delivery of projects against the approved execution schedule;
根据控制计划对项目进度进行监督、检查和汇报；
4. Prepare paper work including: technical specification, contract, bidding document, fax, weekly/monthly report and minutes of meeting;
相关的书面工作包括技术规范、合同、技术标、传真、周/月报和会议纪要；
5. Review technical documents, calculations, specifications, reports and drawings against;
检查复核相关的技术资料、规格参数、工程量、报告、图纸等；
6. Other works assigned by the company.

职位要求：

1. College or above, preferred major in civil engineering, engineering management and other related;

大专或以上学历，工民建、工程管理等相关专业优先；

2. At least 5 years’ relevant experience, similar project work experience is preferred;

5年以上工作经验，有类似项目工作经验者优先；

3. Familiar with acceptance specifications, local lows and regulations and the corresponding construction process and procedure;

熟悉相应专业验收规范及地方法规，了解相应施工工艺及施工流程；

4. Strong ability of coordination, the site construction management, professional drawing review, be able to resolve various technical problems and be able to submit reasonable proposals;

具备较强现场统筹协调、工程施工管理、专业图纸审查、解决各类技术问题及提出合理化建议的能力；

5. Good command of CAD and office software;

熟练应用建筑CAD及常用办公软件；

6. Dedicated, responsible, careful, have good occupation quality and team player.
