职位：审计部经理
地点：北京
薪水：30万-40万

工作职责：

1. 负责公司内部审计工作的指导、检查和协调工作。 负责制定内部审计办法、制度；编制审计工作计划。
2. 对公司重点工程项目的经营情况、主要经营负责人离任审计、经济责任制等事项开展内部审计。
3. 对公司所属单位财务收支、各项资金的管理使用情况、财务预决算等经济活动进行监督审计。
4. 检查督促审计结论和决定的执行情况。
5. 负责外部审计工作的联系及协调工作。
6. 负责组织公司审计业务培训。
   

要求：

1. 最低学历为统招本科毕业
2. 5年以上工作经验
3. 2年以上四大工作经验，2年以上企业内部审计经验
4. 英语口语佳

Job Description:

1. Perform internal audits with a business process approach including risk assessment, audit planning and field visits
2. Provide recommendations for improvement of internal controls, risk management practices and operation efficiency
3. Perform followup audits to verify that corrective actions have been taken on issues identified in prior audits and desired results are being achieved
4. Escalate unresolved audit issues of significant nature to the Group Internal Audit Department, if necessary, for resolution
5. Discuss business risk assessment and management with the field and assist in identifying new risks
6. Work with BU Controller in assessing and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures
7. Leverage business knowledge to identify control and business efficiency opportunities
8. Facilitate communications between Division/BU and Group on related issues
   

Requirements

1. University graduate in Accountancy or Business Administration
2. 5 years audit experience with big 4 audit experience and internal audit experience
3. Equipped with the latest audit methodology such as risk assessment and compliance knowledge
4. Audit experience of trading and retail business in PRC
