Responsibilities:
Activities in Share Service Center
- Be responsible for payment in 4 companies, ensure payments are processed timely and correctly, accounting entries posted in SAP are compliance with local and Group accounting rules.
=> Process daily bank statement upload in SAP
=> Process payments base on payment proposal in SAP
=> Process payments in E-banking system or manually, ensure payments are processed timely with appropriate approval
- Maintain vendor master data bank details in TL
- Manage financial documents and copies of contracts to ensure they are properly archived

Activities in Holding Comapny
- Handle Foreign Exchange ("FX")payments with SAFE(State Administration of Foreign Exchange) and banks
- Keep TCI petty Cash and count petty cash at month end and year end. Prepare cash count statement and reconcile with book balance.
- Maintain SAP user book for treasury function
- Other jobs assigned by treasury supervisor


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in multinational company
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Excellent PC skills and SAP knowledge especially in treasury module is a great plus
- Must be self-motivated, good communication skills and be willing to work under pressure
- Fluent Mandarin, good command of English is great plus.
