Role Purpose
This role is designed to take a role in Sales & Client Service for the North Region and personal assistant to SVP and media team.
Key Accountabilities
Under the guidance and direction of the Manager, Sales & Client Service:
- As a 4A's key window, identifies and implements improved processes where required to increase client satisfaction levels and improve our client servicing effectiveness & efficiency.
- Service radio station clients and maintain strong relationship with them to keep current business and identify new business opportunity.
-Provide Radio Audience Measurement analysis reports to radio station clients.
- Work as coordinator in all media research projects to take client's needs and work closely with other departments.
- Be responsible for arranging and hosting regular software training for all clients
- Responsible for sales of our services to current and new clients.
- Ensure a 'One Nielsen' approach is undertaken to work across organizational boundaries in order to meet our clients' satisfaction.
- Provide support to SVP on daily secretarial support and necessary administrative support to department per needs;
- Responsible for presentations, calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements;
- Act as team's communication link to other departments/functions and outside, especially maintain team's sales report data to finical analyst;
- Performs any job-related assignments as required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree or higher major in English is plus;
- Familiarity with media industry & marketing / branding/ advertising/ consumer issues and insights-
- Minimum 1-2 years secretary / service assistant experiences in multi-national company;
- Proficient at oral & written English and PC skills;
- Self motivated;
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skill
