Job Summary:
? Support recruitment activities, including JD postings, making contacts, logistics, interview/test arrangement, openings report updates etc
? Support regular HR operations and logistics including employee file information, staff information collection, data entry, paper works preparing etc.
? Support training activities
? Support Expatriates permits materials preparations, coordination and assistance for the application procedure
? Ad-hoc tasks and Administrative works in HR dept.

Requirements:

? Undergraduate with master degree
? Candidate with long-term career plan in HR field is preferred
? Good communications skills and outgoing personality
? Strong execution skills and detail oriented;
? Good attitude, willing to learn
? Good time management and planning skills.
? Could work at least 4-5 days per week for long terms at least 6months
