Responsibilities
1.Support the Healthcare Holding CFO to develop and roll out the Finance Line strategy
2.Lead regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) performance analytics on both investment segment and operation segment versus forecast/budget to support management team to control risks and improve processes and business decision
3.Play the partner role to the heads of operation companies, develop and optimize processes to control business risks and improve business results
4.Support investment teams with close involvement in the due diligence and transaction process
5.Execute properly financial controls over major invested companies, monitoring business development and performance
6.Drive exit strategy analysis and exit channel development for existing invested projects
7.Lead the efforts to build the financing/funding platform for Healthcare Holdings with internal/external resources, optimize capital structure and improve capital efficiency
8.Liaise Fosun Group finance line colleagues, and build relationship and communication channels with HQ as well as colleagues from different divisions.
Requirements
1.Master above, major in Finance or accounting. CPA, CFA or equivalent certificate is preferred
2.At least 10 years working experience in finance and accounting analysis, with 3 year plus in management role
3.Investment transaction experience and preferred experience with the "Big Four" CPA firms
4.International experience with good command of English
5.Good professional ethics and team cooperation spirit, can work under pressure
6.Highly detail oriented and organized in work and ability to meet assigned deadlines
7.Self-motivated, independently work and study, strong sense of responsibility.
