Job Responsibilities:

? Provides direct day to day support and integration services for the firm's core Optimus infrastructure framework.
? Provide day to day support for the core optimus infrastructure. This role will include troubleshooting of database issues, performance tuning and management and other operational activities for Postgres database that will be used within the core Optimus infrastructure along with support of the infrastructure that is used for EOD and intraday risk for IR, FX pricing and the detail subledger (DSL).

? Solid understanding of client-server applications and distributed systems
? Postgres
? SQL, shell scripting, perl scripting
