Job Qualifications
BS/MS in electrical engineering or equivalent
3 or more years of relevant experience with PCB schematic, layout, signal integrity and design for manufacturing tools. Experience with Mentor Expedition PCB tools highly preferred.
VBScript programming experience helpful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese languages
Strong ability to learn and explore new technologies and processes excellent analysis and problem solving skills
Self-motivation, self-discipline and the ability to set personal goals and work consistently towards them

Job Duties
Providing technical support to customers at customer locations and via telephone and other electronic means
Tracking and updating customer issues using defined Mentor Graphics' processes and tracking tools.
Developing and delivering technical training on new features and product updates
Developing technical content for Mentor's knowledgebase
Communicating customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales teams
