职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 协助品牌总监对具体指定品牌的营销规划及销售策略、进度、费用、成本、利润进行监控，协助策划并组织、实施品牌建设活动；
2. 协助品牌总监制定品牌调研计划及新产品推广需求，制定新产品的推广策略和推广策划案；
3. 根据指定品牌推广需求，协助品牌总监确定品牌统一宣传形象，开发新的促销品、宣传品
4. 与设计沟通品牌定位和诉求；
5. 收集并分析市场信息，向品牌总监提出相关市场行动建议方案；
6. 负责搜索发现新的产品推广和销售渠道资源，协助品牌总监前期接触谈判和后期跟进。
7. 有效与其他部门沟通、协作，确保所有负责产品项目工作的完成。
8. 协助品牌总监与品牌方进行所有事宜的沟通，包括市场资料索取，市场推广沟通，工作进度沟通，订货，付款，物流，3C等，沟通形式包括面对面，邮件和电话沟通（英语）
9. 完成总监交办的其他工作任务
任职资格：
1. 大专学历以上；
2. 市场营销类，工商管理类，秘书类优先；
3. 1年以上相关领域工作经验优先；
4. 对品牌有独立见解，具备小家电相关领域知识及营销经验优先；
5. 熟练操作office办公软件 Excel，Word，PPT等，会使用相关平面或网页设计软件优先；
6. 良好沟通技巧及语言表达能力和写作能力。较好的分析思考能力，沟通协调能力，独立解决问题方面的技能；有高度责任心，执行力、逻辑分析能力强；
7. 较好的英文听说读写能力；

Let’s go back to 1955, when the 30 years old Gustavo Soresina decided to risk the adventure of an own business and started it in Milan, the city of culture and art. He named the little start up SOREL and begun to produce hairdryers and other small hair-care electrical appliances, soon cooperating with famous brands. Right from the beginning, Gustavo Soresina was supported by his wife Helga, who took care of the administration. Thanks to Gustavo’s experience and talent to grow successful business contacts, together with Helga’s accuracy and dedication, things went well and the company could grow continuously. In 1976, their sons, Claudio and Flavio joined the company, pushing the product R&D and marketing to a new level.
In 1978 the Soresina’s moved the factory to the canton Ticino, Switzerland, and there they founded Ligo Electric SA, starting the production in a new factory in Ligornetto (Mendrisio).
In 1990, the 35th year of producing quality hair-care appliances, the Soresina’s created their own brand-VALERA. During the more than 2 decades, VALERA successfully entered France, Italy, Germany, Austria, UK, Czech Republic and so on, making itself the No.1 brand of hair-care appliances industry in Europe, sold in more than 80 countries around the world, and chosen in 2012 as the appointed supplier for New York Fashion Week.
