Purpose of the position
Provide administrative support to district sales management on reporting, sales controlling, and PEK sales team in connection with processing of customer inquiries, sales planning, sales.
Key Tasks
? Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management
? Monitor and report CRM utilization
? Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of sales meeting, preparation of sales collateral material
? Receive incoming calls and assist customer when Field Sales Responsible are out of the office
? Communicate with sales staff if specific client and/or operational problems need to be addressed
? Contact potential customers to qualify and process sales leads
? Schedule appointments with qualified accounts for Sales Responsible
? Create customer profiles, assure accuracy/completeness of data and regularly control updates and their distribution to all departments
? Maintain customer tariffs, administrate necessary activities including rate increases and schedules
? Monitor responses on all sales leads and send reminders when necessary.
? Track “D & E” level customer related activities (CRM)
? Prepare quotations for local targeted accounts applying the pricing policy
? Support SME sales internal/external communication for the assigned client ocean freight order tracking until get pre-note and hand over to OF OP.
? Prepare quotations for local targeted accounts applying the pricing policy
? Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/District Manager when necessary
Decision Making Authority
? Contact potential customers to qualify and process sales leads
? Schedule appointments with qualified accounts for sales representative
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
? Functional experience in air! sea / customs brokerage
? Basic sales knowledge
? Complete understanding of PA service offering and pricing policy
? Understanding of PA (strategy, products and solutions)
Skills & Competencies
? Self-organized (prioritize, plan, execute, self-control)
? Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
? Able to articulate PA value proposition
? Organized, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
? Administration skills
? Customer service skills
? Team player
Educational background / Work experience
? High-school certificate
? 3 years of general industry business experience
Language skills
? English and local language
Computer Literacy
?High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
