Ketchum BJ is well-known for its luxury & lifestyle client portfolios. We are now looking to add an Account Manager to our premium and dynamic team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on high profile luxury client and will give the right candidate strong exposure in the market. Location: Beijing, China

Responsibilities:
· Act as the account leader for luxury accounts and as the primary client contact.
· Lead large scale luxury events including proposal development and client presentation, lead client meetings, manage project team, drive strong exposure on media and new media channels.
· Proactively seek opportunities to present new concepts and ideas that drive new revenue and projects on existing accounts.
· Continually build understanding and knowledge of clients’ business and competitive environments.
· Coach the team to deliver high standard executions.
· Demonstrate the ability to effectively control the quality of a full range of services, including but not limited to: retainer, projects, media lists, all written materials such as press releases, media editorial pitches, speeches, client correspondence and reports etc.
· Work with the finance team to manage all revenue and financial related work for these accounts including budgeting, invoicing, settlement of vendor accounts and financial reconciliation etc.
· Actively participate in new business pitches and be flexible with changes according to different situations

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
· A minimum of 4 years agency experience in Fashion/Luxury/Premium lifestyle brands
· Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
· Demonstrated the track record in leading a minimum RMB 1 million PR service fee/yearly and a minimum of 2 subordinates
· Very insightful in luxury and fashion industries and accumulated strong relations with fashion/lifestyle consumer media, celebrities (or their agencies) and KOLs
· Good understanding of diversity and multi-cultural working environment
· Good command of English and Chinese both written and orally 举报 分享
