职位描述：
职位描述：

1、负责所辖区域内租赁车辆（家用、商用轿车）的管理保障工作；
2、负责建立、管理及维护所辖区域的车辆档案、资料；
3、负责监督管理辖区车辆的安全保障工作；
4、负责车辆投保、上牌、一般常规维修、事故处理及违章管理等业务；
5、根据客户要求，协助营业部门做好车辆的交接、调配；
6、及时处理客户对所租用车辆的疑问及要求，做好服务保障工作；



岗位要求：

1、具有汽车租赁、汽车服务、交通运输领域管理工作经验（3年以上）；
2、具有良好的语言和文字表达能力、人际交往与沟通能力；
3、具备敬业精神、严谨的工作作风和较强的服务意识；
4、持有驾驶证，熟练使用office办公软件； 举报 分享
