职位描述：
General Responsibilities:
Manage the warehouse team to complete the daily physical operation timely and efficiently.
带领仓库团队及时高效地完成仓库日常操作。
Daily warehouse management including staff, machinery and warehouse facilities etc.
仓库日常管理工作包括人员、设备和仓库设施等。
Close communication with customer service team to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction.
与客服团队保持紧密的沟通，达到客户最大满意度
Ensure the security and safety of warehouse;
确保仓库的安全
Meet the KPI target for External warehouse and line feeding operation
完成相应KPI的指标
Ensure profitability target of the site. And implement cost control.
Ensure internal operation Auditing success in WUW

Detailed Responsibilities:
Make SOP to ensure the accuracy of daily operation/WHS security and safety;
制定操作流程确保操作的正确以及仓库的安全
Training warehouse team according to SOP, monitoring performance and progress
根据标准操作流程进行现场员工的培训,监督工作绩效与进程
Work and carry out stock check process to ensure the inventory accuracy;
制定并执行周期性清点以确保仓库存货的正确性
Establish the necessary internal document, rules, and document archiving.
建立必要的仓库内部文件，规范，并存档
Work OT when necessary;
必要时需要加班
Other tasks assigned if need
Daily communication with customers on site and organize weekly operation meetings.
Lead continuous improvement project, pull flow project and make sure become successful

Qualifications Requirements
Knowledge & Skills Logistics discipline is preferable.
知识和技能 相关物流经验优先
Education & Training High school or above, able to identify cargo sku in English;
教育和培训 高中以上学历，能识别英语标识的货物
Experience Warehousing operation experience is preferred
工作经验 有仓库操作经验者优先
Personal Characteristics Responsible, careful and team player;
