职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责基金新产品开发和设计、运用金融工具设计基金产品运作模式。
2、对项目前期市场 分析、财务分析、项目执行、利润点和运营模式准确把握。
3、负责基金新产品市场调研，包括产品定位、费率结构、投资风险等，会同投研部门和市场部门进行基金新产品开发与设计，及时推出新产品，并完成产品的审批和备案。
4、对市场上各类公募基金、私募基金、信托产品及专户理财产品等各类基金产品进行分析与跟踪，根据客户及市场需求，结合项目实际情况，设计有竞争优势的基金产品，增强客户满意度。
5、负责拟定基金产品整体规划、营销策略和设计要求，包括财务指标、规模、募资期、最低认购额及其他相关细节要求等，建立产品档案。

任职要求：
1、二年以上工作经验，有银行、信托、私募股权基金及相关金融行业工作经验者优先。能够独立撰写产品说明书、产品推介材料、合同协议等文书。
2、有金融产品研发工作经验优先。
3、个人职业规划与岗位相符，实干的心态，工作认真负责。
4、良好的渠道、协调能力、责任心、事业心强. 缜密的思维。
5、熟悉国内外金融政策、法规及相关产业政策，熟悉私募股权基金、并购基金。
6、金融、财务、经济及相关专业本科以上学历（经验丰富者可适当放宽）。
7、具有一定的宏观经济理论水平，掌握基金产品开发、金融及市场营销的业务知识，具有基金产品的相关法律及财务知识。 举报 分享
