SPLIO China, a subsidiary of SPLIO Group Inc., is looking to fill the following position in its head office in Beigjing

Office Supervisor
Permanent, full-time position

Responsibility:

- Responsible for the daily running of full range of administrative and facilities management function. 负责办公室日常事务以及办公设备的管理

- Establish office related policies, procedures and work schedules. 负责建立公司制度、工作职责和工作安排等工作

- Liaison with office suppliers, vendors and contractors, maintain good business relationship 负责联络开发公司、供应商，并保持良好合作关系

- Perform general office duties such as pantry supplies, file management and archiving负责执行办公室内部管理

- Maintain monthly petty cash and prepare the expenses breakdown for account booking 负责公司备用金使用情况及支账管理、制定预算，为财务做账提供必要支持

- Negotiate with contractors and appointing vendors, managing payroll, bank accounts, and invoice processing. 负责与供应商洽谈并任用，人事及工资管理，银行帐户和发票的核实管理等

-Supporting management with new staff recruitment and employee relations员工的聘用，入职及员工关系的管理

Assist in IT network and coordinate with vendors on PC support 负责与电脑IT网络服务商联络维护好网路，确保正常办公。

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline 工商行政管理本科相关专业

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 优秀的中英文说写

Proficiency in using of MS Office; 熟练操作微软办公系统软件

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Min.4 years working experience in the field of office administration, HR and/or accounting. 4年以上的办公室行政、人事、财务管理经验

- Able to priorities duties, work in fast paced environment and under pressure 能够在压力及快节奏的环境下完成任务

Have solid supervisory skills 拥有优秀的管理技能

OTHER REQUIRMENTS:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationship with all levels. Easy to close, responsible and reliable 具有优秀的内外沟通能力并能与各阶层建立起良好关系,有亲和力，较强的责任感与敬业精神；

- Strong planning and project management skills 具有项目计划及执行管理经验
