Recruitment:
- Ensure all job descriptions reflect real working content of the employees, updating them in time
- Independently complete the placement of certain level positions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Support line manager to fulfill middle and high- level recruitment, including but not limited to vacancies posting on different channels, CV screening, telephone/ face to face interview, interview arrangement for interview panel, offer proposal and negotiation with candidates;
- Sourcing candidates through networking, internet, university relations, and other channels.
- Be an important part in HR recruiting programs / projects and make good report on each activity, including New Employee Engagement program, Career Website Project, Graduate Project, Total Summer School, and Internship Project, etc..
- To be the focal point of the internal recruitment system: Careers 2
- Responsible for on-board process and conduct related new employee orientations, conduct probation evaluation and contract renew process;
- Responsible for collection and analysis of recruiting records, cost, data and reports for all MS affiliates;
C&B:
- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and oversee compliance with statutory reporting
- Supervise the accurate payroll processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, retirements, resignations and terminations and resolve issues relating to payroll production
- Ensure monthly payroll and relevant reports for staff (TCI and TCMB) is processed and delivered in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Supervise TCI &TCMB individual Income Tax(IIT) and relevant report for both of local staff and expatriates is processed and delivered on a timely and accurate manner;
- Supervise labor agent, plan and advise system to effectively administer employees welfare services., as well as for the staff issue raised from TCI employees
HR System:
- Responsible for launching new modules in China for affiliates including project kick-off, testing, internal communication and training;
- Oversee the maintenance of MyHR system on a timely and accurate manner; resolve employee’s issues on MyHR system
- Maintain and update the database with an efficient manner.
- Design the operation manual and flow chart for key users.
Reporting:
- Complete and consolidate the routine monthly/annually report including Headcount, Movement, Organization Chart;
- Prepare other HR related reports with different perspectives for management/stakeholders
Qualifications/Experience required
- Bachelor and above, at least 7 years working experience within HR functions in big MNCs, recruitment and C&B experiences are preferred.
- Result driven, open-minded. Familiar with Talent Selection tools.
- Energy industry working experience is preferred.
- Initiative, good team work spirit, be able to work effectively and under pressure.
- Excellent communication, coordination skill and information analysis skill.
- Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and spoken.
