职位描述：
职位描述(Job Descriptions)：

1.Establishes IT priorities, standards, and procedures. Ensure business compliance,corporate and local business policies & procedures, and ethical business practices;
2.Improves the IT control environment to maintain base on Global/Regional of HQ standards;
3. Business Support, change initiatives and Control to continuous improvement of IT systems;
4.Support on IT Strategy Plan and Budget, and control on total IT cost;
5.Analysing & evaluating system(ERP,SAP,Confluence,Citrix,ELO etc),enables the optimization of a business process;
6.Assist the IT implementation of the new business solutions of HQ, including infrastructure construction, UCC project, SAP, auxiliary online application system or upgrade;
7.change initiatives and Control to continuous improvement of IT systems;
8. IT team resource management, includes implement development plans for IT team members;
9.Provide SAP support, training for TJ company internal users;
10.SAP enhancement project & set up;
11.SAP user and job role authorization depend on HQ IT.
 
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1. Age above 35 years old;
2. 5 years and above experience in broad environment of IT management(more than 500 users);
3. At least being a manager for multinational company and multiple teams over 3 years with directly managed employee over 5 head account;
4. Working in different foreign company cultures;
5. The relevant professional knowledge of software and hardware, network, server, security policy, ERP (SAP), other business processes, software developing, data analysis tools must be need;
6.SAP implement and operation experience more than 5 year is a big plus;
7. Strong Project management ability;
8. Excellent English skill both in Oral and writin ;
9. Problem Solving, working under stress and with strong Leadership. 举报 分享
