Job Description
Administration is a miscellaneous supporting position, maintaining well-balanced office operation; detailed and scrupulous working attitude is the uppermost.
The main responsibility of this position includes but not limits to the following:
1. Front desk reception work including telephone answering, screening & transferring, dealing with letters or parcels (receiving and delivering) and providing visitor service;
2. Parcel packing and forwarding on time according to HQ requirements and confirmed method;
3. Arrangement and information updating of keeping samples;
4. Dealing with all travel and meeting arrangements for Colleagues, managers and HQ colleagues including hotel reservation and tickets booking etc. (flights booking, visa application, hotel booking etc);
5. Translation of company documents if necessary;
6. Based on the demands of office inventory and potential needs (discussion with Regional manager), make monthly application of office requirements with final approval;
7. Contact with IT Company about IT or Tele problems;
8. The use of Office equipment and basic maintenance knowledge;
9. Purchasing of office supplies and other items;
10. Arranging files;
11. Handle major administration issues and special project which assign from regional manager, such as new office decoration, office asset purchase;
12. Implement new company policy which issued from head office or country manager-China;
13. Searching for new administrative suppliers, such as IT company, copy machine supplier, car rental,hotel company;
14. All additional tasks appointed by Senior Managers of the company;
15. Other admin works appointed by Regional Manager;
16. Have to cooperate with all the other depts in the company during daily work;
17. Good cooperating and communicating with all the other depts in the company;
Requirements:
1. Language Abilities: Major in English or Russian. Good English speaking and written skills.
2. Computer Skills:Familiar with MS software;
3. Working Experience: at least 1 years working experience;
4. Education & Training: Related training experience is preferable but not required;
5. Additional Requirements:Easy going, optimistic, hardworking and open-character, good negotiation skills, careful, team spirit
