Archibat Asia is looking for a Managing Director for a globally renowned design company to drive the operations of their Shanghai office as well as managing the team.
Main Duties:
- responsible for putting the processes and operations in place as well as being an integral part of the senior management team reporting directly to the founders.
- work closely with the internal department leaders to set and oversee business strategy, cultivate the thought leadership that distinguishes our people and their work
- support all disciplines in strategically translating the direction of a client’s business, brand, service, or product into creative solutions through design thinking and business execution.
Skills/Qualifications：
· Proven experience building, managing and sustaining successful teams;
· 10+ years’ in sales-related role, design industry a plus;
· Exceptional communication skills in Chinese and English (both in conversation and in writing), with an emphasis on pitching and presentations, running work-sessions, and articulating business decisions;
· Drive and develop, in collaboration with internal and external resources company’s presence and performance.
