Technical Marketing Manager, China
Working Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop & execute regional field marketing plan to achieve sales objectives & orders/revenue targets; Clearly identify where we will play (prioritize target market segments) and how we will win (competitive positioning, unique sales proposition) especially in Computer, Consumer Electronics, Communication, Semiconductor, Automotive Electronics, Medical Electronics and Security Electronics market verticals.
2.Develop & execute Mainstream product launches to achieve expected results
3.Develop & execute promotional campaigns (awareness, demand generation, sales enablement) to achieve expected results in Mainstream targeted market segments
4.Collect & organize local market information including market size/market share of Tektronix and major competitors by geography, industry sector & customer application; Identify customer needs & market trends
5Plan & deliver product sales training and sales tools to enable account managers and field application engineers to effectively position and sell products
6.Prepare & deliver customer presentations and exchange roadmap information with selected accounts
7.Work with Worldwide Central Marketing and Product Lines on providing feedback on local market insights, including regional orders, targets, funnels, and RCCM
8.Proactively manage Mainstream marketing budget along with Integrated Marom to achieve expected results

Qualifications：
1.5+ years sales & marketing experience in high-tech industry
2.Strong marketing and business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
3.Strong KPI mindset and results driven
4.Strong marketing management expertise with an ability to execute multiple tactics simultaneously and effectively
5.Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and lead a group to consensus
6.Effective verbal, written, presentation and communication skills in English
7.Engineering degree or equivalent, with technical understanding of products and applications in test & measurement industry is a distinct advantage
8.Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
8.Frequent business travel required

? 开展并执行主流产品的发布以达到预期的效果
? 在主流目标市场从品牌宣传、需求挖掘、销售支持上开展推销活动
? 收集并了解当地市场信息，包括市场规模、市场占有率、主要竞争对手信息；了解客户需求和市场趋势
? 计划并提供产品销售培训和销售工具，使客户经理和现场应用工程师能够有效准确地定位并销售产品
? 收集并提供客户信息，与指定客户交流信息
? 与全球其他主要市场部，产品线合作反馈当地市场信息，包括订单，目标，Funnel
? 积极有效管理营销预算

职位要求：
高科技行业5年以上市场与销售部经验
? 强大的营销，商业敏锐度并拥有战略思维能力
? 具有较强的市场营销管理能力，能够同时有效地执行多种任务
? 能有效的与各级部门合作，并领导成员达成共识
? 良好的英语口语、书面、沟通技巧
? 工程类相关专业，有测试和测量行业相关背景者优先考虑
? 能自我激励，愿意在压力下工作
? 以结果为导向的思维方式
