职位描述：
Report to: HR manager

Main Responsibilities:
1. Gap Analysis between the entire process/flow of electronics assembling against with all applicable IPC Standards. Where process including incoming, storage & handling, manufacturing & assembling, packaging and delivery.
2. Provide solution and assist production to make improvement.
3. Give advice on IPC standards requirements.
4. Be responsible for production line operator qualification program
5. Be responsible for Training function in HR department.


Qualifications:
1. 5+ years working experience (Engineering/Quality) in PCBA assembling / manufacturing environment.
2. Deep understanding of IPC Standards including:
    a). SMT Manufacturing IPC-A-610,IPC-7711,IPC-7721, ,J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-620;
    b). Electronic Assembling: IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711/21.
    Preference with understanding of EMS manufactory process standards.
3. IPC MIT holder is preferred.
4 .ESD knowledge/certified preferred.
5. Good in written or oral English.
