1、具备一定的400客服电话专线接听技巧，专业并及时回答客户咨询的问题；
2、及时记录所有呼入电话，准确的完成通话记录的保存，建立客户咨询档案；
3、定期学习新的产品、业务知识，为客户提供专业的售后服务解答；
4、保持服务质量、客户满意度、提升服务水准，总结并向管理人员提供用户反馈；
5、通过解决客户的问题来培养客户的忠诚度，建立良好的客户关系，提升公司整体形象；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，同等职位1年以上工作经验，熟练使用办公软件；
2、普通话标准，良好的语言沟通能力、思维逻辑能力和反应应变能力；
3、自信开朗、积极进取、富有耐心和亲和力；
4、具备良好的情绪控制和心态调节能力，具备强烈的服务意识；
