职位描述：

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above with major of electric engineering / mechanical engineering or similar major area

2. Profound experience of on-site trouble shooting or technical experience of pump industry, understand the pump knowledge of on-site repairs, maintenance, replacement system upgrading.

3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in services for pump Industry Company, prefer international work experience.

3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in service team management experience

4. Good written and reading in English, good at oral English

5. Good reporting and presentation skills



Responsibilities

1. Manage technical service team in line with on-site team to support difficult issues

2. Develop service partner network, arrange training, manage and execute audit process

3. Cooperate with engineering and quality department on service documents, quality claims resolution

4. Define training program and lessons, organize internal training and external training to customers or service partners

5. Support service sales team on maintenance proposal, replacement and system upgrading solutions

6. Manage service coordination team and service system, reporting, spare parts team

7. Facilitating personal development of team-members. Teambuilding
