JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Offer support work with head office and suppliers according requirement.
2. Quality clerk work relevant.
3. Quality complaint relevant
4. Help to fill in the medical device traceability system net declaring system
5. Help to print, copy and scan registration documents.
6. Help to submit the signature files to proper person.
7. Sort out registration documents and classify the samples.
8. Proofread the registration documents and help to translate some relevant documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Skilled read and written English
2. Strong time management skill
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Good interpersonal and organization skills.
5. Working knowledge of MS office is required.
6. Bachelor/master degree and major in Chemicals, Microbiology, Engineering etc. Oversee background is preferred.
