Detailed Responsibilities:

• Check the cost between CW1 and billing summary from supplier. 根据报价与系统里操作预估的费用，核对供应商确认账单。有疑问和对应操作沟通。  

• Apply the payment for supplier as per Webcost’s SOP. 根据核对完成的账单，按照Webcost要求完成供应商请款，发送给Manager.

• Check the cost from gateway summary and post the cost according SOP. 根据空运出口操作预估在系统里面的成本，核对gateway账单，并在CW1内post成本。

• Assist finance colleague to solve the cost issue. 协助财务部同事完成供应商的付款问题。

• To carry out the tasks distributed by OP Manager and other tasks assigned by manager. 完成操作经理分配的任务，以及经理分配的任务。
