Position: Retail Business Project Manager

He/she will participate to the planning phase and will follow, manage and drive key organization and process projects for the company successful implementation of its strategy. He/she should be proactive in finding creative solutions to make the projects progress towards our desired goal and work in line with the company strategic orientations and values.

Location : Beijing

Responsabilities:

- Define scope, plan and manage a project at high and detailed level
- Understand and analyze business requirements
- Participate to and guide conceptual and functional design phase
- Plan training content and sessions, manage process experts
- Animate brainstorming and business meetings with users
- Organize and lead projects status meetings and project committees
- Can communicate smoothly and efficiently with users

Skills and knowledge:

- Above 5 years of experience in close fields; preferably DIY retail, or business organization consulting
- Has management experience
- Has experience and understand IT systems from a user point of view
- Has expertise in project management
- Strong business acumen
- Pedagogical skills
- Knowledge in process modelisation and training design
- Efficient communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to work on and simplify complex issues while interacting with multiple background actors

Profile:

- Has natural leadership, can listen to others but is also convincing in defending personal point of view
- Structured, organized and strong analytical skills
- Proximity and empathy for users and customers
- Chinese national, English or French language is nice to have

我们的发展
1923年 - 阿尔道夫·乐华先生和萝丝· 梅兰***结婚, 在法国北部开办了一家销售战后美国剩余物资的商店，乐华梅兰由此诞生。
1966年 - ***家乐华梅兰大型自助式建材商店成立并拥有200名员工。
1979年 - 乐华梅兰并入穆里叶欧尚集团，开启了大型连锁现代化经营的脚步。乐华梅兰与欧尚、迪卡侬同属世界500强穆里叶欧尚集团。
1998年 - 乐华梅兰分别在中国广州与上海成立两个全球采购中心。
2001年 - 在北京开设办事处，筹备在中国发展的各项事宜。
2003年 - 乐华梅兰装饰建材有限公司在北京成立。
2004年 - 乐华梅兰在中国的首家建材超市-----北京科兴店的隆重开业，标志着“乐华梅兰”品牌正式进入中国建材零售市场。
2006年 - 乐华梅兰全球首家装潢中心在北京科兴店正式成立，标志着乐华梅兰服务的全线升级
2006年 - 乐华梅兰正式更名为安达屋集团GROUPE ADEO
2008年 - 安达屋集团成功收购翠丰集团在意大利开设的Castorama (与“百安居”同属翠丰集团)，31 家商店，2000多名员工。
截至今天，乐华梅兰在法国、西班牙、意大利、葡萄牙、巴西、俄罗斯、波兰、希腊、乌克兰、罗马尼亚、土耳其、中国共开设800余家连锁店。
2012年 - 我们成功的超越拥有百安居的翠丰集团，在DIY行业，位居欧洲***，世界第三。
