Job Title: Tax Editor
Reporting Line: Editorial Manager
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
· Editorial Work: Tax content editor is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of professional content of tax information products, including editing and sorting the latest laws and regulations, interpretation, articles and commentaries, etc.;
· Product Development: Developing professional content products and tools, such as professional articles, topics, practical guide, smart charts, etc, to serve professionals’ demands;
· Customer Service: Researching the professional issues raised by customers, and providing professional reply and support;
· Partnership Maintenance: Developing and maintaining good partnership with external authors;
· Team Work: Assisting sales/marketing team to understand products, helping them to promote/sell products;
· Process Improvement: Continuously improving content process based on the feedback of customers, ensuring process is highly efficient and products make more value to professional work;

Qualifications:
· Tax related major, Bachelor degree or above, 211/985 university is preferred
· 3-year experience in tax firm or accounting firm, ‘Big four’ experience is preferred
· Strong interest in collecting, analyzing and compelling tax related information
· Pay attention to detail, with good accuracy on content
· Familiar with Word, Excel, PPT office software
· Good written and spoken English
· Strong sense of responsibility, good customer service and professionalism
· Good interpersonal communication, coordination and team work

岗位职责:

· 编辑工作：税务内容编辑负责维护和优化财税信息库产品中的税务专业内容，包括编辑、整理近期法律法规、解读、专题、资讯等内容，确保内容的专业性和准确性；
· 产品开发：根据财税专业人士工作需求，在财税信息库产品上开发税务相关的内容及工具，如专业文章、专题、实务指南、智能图表等
· 客户服务：对客户反馈的专业问题给予专业的答复和支持
· 维护合作关系：开发、维护外部的专业作者团队，保持良好合作关系
· 内部合作：帮助销售、市场部门同事了解产品，协助推广产品和销售产品
· 流程改进：根据客户对产品的使用反馈，不断改进内容工作流程，使得流程更加高效，产品对客户的专业工作更有价值


任职资格:

· 财税专业本科以上学历，211/985院校优先
· 税务师事务所或会计师事务所工作经验3年以上，“四大”工作经验优先
· 对于财税类信息收集、分析汇编等工作有较强的兴趣
· 具有文字工作的严谨性
· 熟悉Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件
· 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
· 工作责任心强，具有良好的服务意识和敬业精神
· 具有较良好的人际沟通及协调能力、团队协作能力 举报 分享
