Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of the strategy to drive Variable Cost, Headcount, OTD, Inventory, EHS, and Quality, Continuous Improvement strategies, and monitor deliverables to ensure business objectives achieved. • Lead all functions in the factory to make sure smooth material planning and achieve , Variable Cost, Headcount, OTD, Inventory, EHS, and Quality targets. • Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all manufacturing metrics. • Develop/mentor a capable and progressive leadership team … Work closely with product management, sourcing, technology, and other project teams to execute on manufacturing requirements. • Develop standardized tools and processes to drive the day-to-day execution of the manufacturing operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 10 years experience in manufacturing with minimum 5 years of demonstrated manufacturing leadership; Minimum 2 years’ successful plant manager experience• Proven track records in electronics industry • Proven understanding of and ability to drive all manufacturing metrics.• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans• Outstanding process skills and manufacturing systems knowledge.• Inclusive leadership skills, able to assess situations quickly with solid decision making skills• • Strong team building skills, able to balance multiple priorities / deals at a time. • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization to motivate for results.• Demonstrated success in change management and organizational transformation within a performance-oriented environment.• Ability to deal with ambiguity and to lead when it occurs.• Success working in a matrix-based organization • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
