Sr. Manager—Quality & Lean-Sigma/精益六西格玛质量高级经理

Job Responsibilities:

To lead the drive for constantly improving quality in all aspects of business;
Monitor and improve the product quality status in various drive the team with Quality issues;
Develop a strong relationship with Services/ Engineering/ Manufacturing and use Lean-Sigma tools to eliminate waste that causes product quality concerns;
Develop and coordinate enterprises wide initiatives to drive reduction in quality defects;
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management System;
Carry out internal audits and support external audits of all business processes, ensuring that meets all ISO standards, and achieve ISO 9001 certification each year;
Drive closed loop customer satisfaction process;
Monitor non-conformances, and ensure improvements are made as a result of each instance;
Monitor and report Cost of poor quality within;
Carry-out self assessments in order to identify areas for improvement;
Report key statistics on a monthly basis;
Work with Quality Team to ensure alignment with company vision;
Support other dept. & Business Improvement Manager where necessary.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree, 10 years working experience in quality field, 3-5 years working in a manager role;
Strong Background in an operational management role (e.g: manufacturing, construction, project management);
In-depth knowledge of problem solving methodologies (eg; Six Sigma, LEAN);
Experience of working to ISO standards;
Experience working in Power industry preferred, otherwise in and engineering related industry;
Self-motivated, and able to show good initiative;
Experienced working with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel a plus;
Fluent in Mandarin & English.
