职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
To assist with the leadership of field support teams during the installation and checkout of new technology and designs.
To maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment to meet the manufacturing target.
To ensure Mechanical/electrical drawings, operation manuals and software packages are archived properly within the plant.
Create project charters, project plans, resource plans, cost estimates
Leading project team to achieve project deliverables and timeline
Document and track activities, scope changes and lessons learned
Assess project status and adjust project plan to ensure timeline, budget and deliverables are met.
Focus on continuous improvement to drive effective and efficient deployment and integration processes.
Provide analytical and problem solving support and guidance to manufacturing when needed to ensure timeline and deliverables stay on track.
Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed;

Education & Experience
BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with emphasis on electrical, automation and others instrumentation

Required Skills
3 + years hands on AB PLC RSlogix5000
Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC
Knowledge of PC Hardware and hands on
Network: network setting/modify
Microsoft Windows system: know how to modify windows register tree, network setting, share folder setting, analysis system loading(cpu/memory/disk usage)…
MS-SQL Database and query
Experience of software development using VB6 or VB.net
Knowledge of Linux system
Knowledge of SCADA and Man Machine System interface
Good in Servo Motor/ Induction Motor application.
Knowledgeable with pneumatics application and trouble shooting
Good in Network(TCP/IP, Can Bus, D-Net) set up
Experience in manufacturing information Systems with process data collection and controls.
Fundamental understanding of Test and measurement techniques, signal processing, algorithms and control system.
Understanding of Electrical codes & standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Soft Skills
Excellent written and oral presentation skills needed to brief high level management
Leadership skills to engage business leadership and leverage talent in a matrix organization.
Sense of urgency and creativity to handle project issues and adapt plan to meet objectives
Flexibility to adapt to changing environment; be a change agent to help others through change
