职位描述：
Provide support for Kronos Workforce Central (Time Management System)with special focus on system configuration, development & Time Clock Data Collection Devices, investigate and troubleshoot functional and technical issues, delivery timely solutions based on business requirements in China and APAC regions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Deliver and manage ongoing support services for Kronos Workforce Management System, Workforce Integration Manager and Workforce Connect.
2.Serve as first line support and resolution for all Kronos or HRIS related queries, such as process questions, systems questions and technical/user issues.
3.Effectively communicate any issues of system and software errors with Kronos IT/HRIS Programmers & Kronos Global Support.
4.Work closely with Kronos IT/HRIS Programmers & Kronos Global Support to gather and analyze business requirements to determine best course of action for configuration based on standard pay practices & collection of labor transactions to fit the business needs.
5.Analyzes system capabilities and makes recommendations to streamline business processes.
6.Configures Hardware & Equipment for all locations within the responsible regions.
7.Configures the Kronos system which includes: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, Access Profiles, Hyperfinds, Standard Report Creation, Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Device Manager (WDM), Access Profiles, Labor Level Setup, Display Preferences, Kronos Software and Administration.
8.Execute the appropriate level of testing related to configuration and Kronos System upgrades. Manage the entre end to end process for activities such as implementations, patches and development work.
9.Provide data export and reporting support.
10.Work with Kronos Power Users to provide instruction on how to perform time corrections & Historical edits entries for proper time period calculations.
11.Be responsible for making updates to Kronos Custom Access for Power Users, HR, Managers, and Supervisors with multiple location responsibility.
12.Be responsible for making updates to Kronos Employee Groups in accordance to policy.
13.Provides functional system training expertise to internal customers.
14Creates and maintains system documentation.
15.Works and engages with other Kronos and HRIS Specialist in a professional manner to resolve issues.
16.Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
17.Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.


Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
1.Bachelor Degree
2.Three to five years related experience on system administrator or key user
HRIS system especially Kronos implementation related experience with priority
 
Knowledge and Skills
1.Functional knowledge and expertise is required in the following Kronos Modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, & Absence Management
2.Complete understanding of technical and functional aspects of the Kronos Workforce Management System
3.Complete understanding of the Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
4.Complete understanding of Kronos Timekeeping systems, Resource systems;
5.Complete understanding of bi-directional interfaces from Kronos
6.Understanding Oracle Payroll system;
7.Knowledge of Internet software;
8.Advanced Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
 
Language Skills
1.Must be proficient with English reading, writing and speaking skills.
2.Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
3.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
4.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
