ROSEN requires an finance officer for Beijing, China office. The job will be based in Shunyi, Beijing. This person must be able to communicate in English fluently due to the frequent communication with ROSEN Germany, Australian and Malaysian office. The successful candidate will be a key part of ROSEN China organization and will be given good training opportunities.

职位描述：


1. Take overall responsibility of the assigned project, including but not limited to P&L, timeline, resources, personnel and customer satisfaction
2. Coordination of all involved processes, subcontractors and partners
3. after contract award.
4. Create the work break down structure.
5. Define and sequence the activities.
6. Estimate activity resources requirements and duration and develop the master schedule.
7. Update the budget based on the cost estimates.
8. Update the human resources plan (qualifications not persona), acquire the Project Team (through functional departments).
9. Lead and manage the Project Team.
10. Create the communication plan and manage the Project stakeholders.
11. Manage the risk management plan, identify and analyze risk, create a risk response plan and monitor and control risk.
12. Support the planning of purchased and contracting and contribute on the supplier selection.
13. Direct and manage Project execution in line with HSE rules and perform quality assurance.
14. Monitor and control Project Work.
15. Identify and control change creating factors and manage changes.
16. Verify scope and control scope, schedule and budget changes and report on performance.
17. Manage invoicing and cash flow.
18. Approve final project deliverables.
19. Identify and communicate additional sales opportunities.
20. Administer the contract and close the project and all contracts.
21. Document lessons learned and best practices.
22. Other duties in line with skills and experience.




职位要求：
Requirements:

- 精通英文听说读写，较强的英文口语沟通能力。
  Fluent reading, writing and communication skills in Chinese, in particular oral communication.
- 必须具有2年以上项目管理工作经验。石油天然气行业经验者优先。
  Must have more than 2 years project management experience, preferred in O&G industry.
- 能够承受工作压力。能过紧急出差。
  Ability to work under pressure. Able to travel in short notice.
- 积极主动并且拥有足够的组织和判断能力，可以独自完成任务并且拥有良好的团队意识。
  Proactive, highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- 拥有在公司内部、外部良好沟通的能力。
  Good communication skills internally and externally.
- Microsoft Word、Excel等电脑软件的基本操作能力。
  Computer literature: Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
