Responsibilities:
Working in a globally dispersed group of 6, the project manager is responsible for the localization of the company's products, documentation, courseware, and marketing content into a set of languages.

Manages localization projects from requirements gathering, through production, release and customer satisfaction reviews.

Coordinates terminology management for a group of languages.

Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.

Manages vendor performance.

Operates under minimal supervision.

Contributes actively to process improvement initiatives.

Some international travel is required (1-2 weeks per year).

The Required Profile
·Has at least five years experience in Project Management
·Is proactive, self-motivated, and independent
·Has excellent time-management, organization and communications skills
·Has the ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently, with minimal supervision
·Is comfortable working within a dispersed team, and within a matrix organization
·Is fluent in English and Chinese, oral and written
·Additional language knowledge is desirable
