职位描述：
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with Marketing and Communications Manager to support the company marketing activities, design and produce marketing materials, and assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns to target recipients in Shanghai.

Management of Advertising and Marketing Campaigns
Assist in delivery of all marketing activities and programs to predetermined recipients, including mailing, emailing and advertising campaigns conducted from the Shanghai office, in accordance with the marketing plan.

Design and Production for Marketing Materials
Work with the marketing manager and various business lines to design and produce marketing materials. For example:
? Power Point Presentations
? Project Particulars
? Marketing printouts
? Event collaterals
? In-house publications
Responsible for effective price negotiation, coordination of production and delivery of marketing and advertising materials from or to any outsourced service providers (i.e., magazine publishers, newspapers, chambers of commerce, etc).

External Mass Messaging system (EMM) Management
Manage the External Mass Messaging system for mass mailing to targeted contacts, including campaign creation and user group management. Communicate with Hong Kong Marketing and keep abreast of the system update.

Brand Monitoring
Keep a brand consistency on all marketing collaterals and ensure all departments follow strictly with the brand guidelines with consistent application. Keep abreast of all global brand updates and conduct staff training when necessary.

Premium Sourcing, Design and Production
Source premium and gifts for corporate brand marketing or specific events. Design and liaise with vendors for production.

QUALIFICATIONS
? University degree; at least of 3-4 years of experience in marketing design; understanding of branding
? Fluent in English and Mandarin communication
? Proficient computer literacy skills
? Detail orientated; works methodically and open to feedback
