Senior Facility Supervisor/厂务&公共设施高级主管（有电工证，负责东莞长安工厂，包吃包住）

工作职责：

1.负责中央空调维护保养，管理工程部门，对工厂高低压供配电、电气线路安装、通风、供水、供气管道工程、厂房内装修工程等各项目进行监控；

2.对工厂的水、电、气、冷气的供应进行日常的检验，维持发电机组、空压机组、大型中央空调冷水机组、水冷柜机等各组的日常运转；

3.负责工厂的发配电及转电流程，熟悉ISO9002质量体系认证；

4.负责工厂公共设施（电梯、动力设备）维护计划的制定、监督并执行实施。

任职要求：

1.机械、电气、自动化等相关工程专业大专以上学历，熟悉电气和气动原理，具备基本的机械知识；

2.5年以上工程管理经验，熟悉公用设施的管理（中央空调、锅炉、水暖设备、电梯等）；

3.具备良好的沟通能力、团队工作能力、分析和解决问题的能力、领导能力；

4.具有EHS方面的知识，有较强的设施安全意识；

5.具备良好的英文阅读水平；

6.熟练的电脑操作技能,特别是Autocad, Microsoft Office。
