About the Organisation:

Key Responsibilities:

? Leads the account teams to understand client customer product development challenges
? Leads the analysis, design, development and delivery of the Solutions intended to address complex customer requirements, leveraging the process and best practice framework
? Investigates the current technical infrastructure to identify problems, complexities, non-standard technologies, and other inefficiencies; identifying opportunities to add trans-formative business value
? Assigns tasks to project members and reviews team work products to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with the RVP methodology and the requirements of the project, including software engineering best practices and/or methodologies
? Is proficient in prototyping solutions, using the broad range of the products, to be used as guideline for the rest of the team
? Possesses expertise in multiple domains key to the solutions in the context of customer environments and solution needs. These domains include customization, data migration, infrastructure and integration
? Leads teams to optimize ways in which information technology supports business goals within and across customer organizations, and in accordance with an established road map
? Represents the design and deployment team in appropriate project governance activities; providing recommendations and risk assessment information in support of decision making
? Provides input into future software functionality, implementation methodology and configuration/customization standards, keeping contact with other functions such as R&D and technical support
? Develops manager-level relationships with clients and cross-functional groups to ensure multi-level alignment in projects/programs


Key Requirements:

? Bachelor’s Degree and 6 of professional experience in a related field
? Must have 5 years’ experience above for PLM development
? Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE, Oracle
? Good at English reading, writing and listening (Good at English speaking is a plus, not a Must)
? Willing to travel (75%)
