职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Screen and recommend candidates to hiring managers; Analyze the recruiting status and support on the recruiting report; Assistant to establish and optimize recruiting process and channels to make recruitment function more effective.
2. Understand, analyze and prioritize the training and development from the business unit; Indentify the training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions for the responsible organization; Partners in the design and execution of training program and tools.
3. Participate in designing programs to develop positive employee relations, reward system, and compensation & Benefits system; Assist HR team for related C&B reports and data matrix.
4. Provide solution on employee relationship related issues, help business unit to settle effective employee motivation principle; Closely monitor related business units’ working status and exchange company and employee’s information smoothly, advocate employee communication events.
5. Providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective. Counsels and supports business managers and employee in the resolution of HR issues in order to ensure overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business objectives.
6. Assisting with implementation, coordinating and changing major Human Resources processes, systems and solution to ensure compliance with local legal requirements.

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
2. 5 years experience in human resources area.
3. Knowledge and familiarity with human resources systems, process and practices in all functions.
