职位描述：
Accountabilities 岗位职责:

- Provide clinical support to clients including product training and live demonstration

向客户提供包括产品培训和现场演示在内的临床培训支持

- Provide clinical support to team members

向团队成员提供临床支持

- Provide regular nurse and patient training on our client’s products

产品的日常护理和治疗者的培训

- Responsible for new product launch projects and training for sales force

负责新产品的发布方案和销售人员培训

- Require to meet with medical and nursing professions and organize exhibitions, seminars or relevant events and functions

医疗和护理专业，具备组织展览会、研讨会及相关事项的能力

- Ensuring that all trained customers are comfortable and confident in their ability to safely and effectively perform treatments on their patients.

确保所有经培训的客户满意并且有能力安全有效地治疗患者

- Communicate with respective supervisor any issues that may need addressing and offer potential solutions to these issues.

与各部门经理沟通所有出现的问题并提出可能的解决方案

- Welcome any and all questions, understand the variance in customer’s laser experience and respond accordingly

虚心接受所有问题，了解客户在激光美容方面的分歧意见并作出相应的回复

- Obtain a list of all attendees who participated during the clinical instruction of their device(s) and use this list when completing the clinical call report

- 在临床演示设备期间获得所有参与者名单与并且使用该名单完成临床回访报告

Able to travel frequently on a short notice including some weekends

能频繁出差包括节假日

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 知识、技能和经验:



Critical Knowledge 所需知识

- Have knowledge on the laser, electronic and bio-medical products

拥有激光、电子和生物医疗产品知识



Critical Skills必备技能

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentations skills are expected

- 良好的交流、谈判和表达能力

Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential

- 掌握良好的英语、粤语和普通话

- Must be driven and have the ability to work independently and with a team

Critical Experience必备经验

- Should be a registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years solid experience on clinical training and education within medical device sector or cosmetic lasers segment

取得注册护士资格证以及至少三年的临床培训的扎实经验和医疗器械行业或激光美容的教育背景

- Have experience to involve in dealing with external customers and internal parties
