PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

？ Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering

？ Minimum 2 years working experience in a planning or purchasing role, experience dealing with domestic and overseas vendors.

？ Able to communicate in English, high level of integrity and good negotiation skills

？ Familiar operation by QAD system or other ERP system for P/O issuing

？ Knowledge of ISO9001/14001 requirements relating to purchasing

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

？ Responsible for daily/weekly material planning based on customer orders and forecast to ensure on time delivery while achieving an acceptable level of production efficiency.

？ Place purchasing orders to material vendors in a timely manner and follow up the delivery from vendors to ensure production without material shortage.

？ Ensure that good quality materials are purchased. Deal with various quality issues of materials with vendors, and return rejected materials to vendors timely.

？ Prepare and maintain various purchasing & planning documents and reports for submission to management.

？ Monitor inventory levels and ensure that they are maintained at the optimum level and working with various departments to reduce slow moving stocks.
