职位描述：
Product presentations execution to customer in the demo centre :
? Working with sales team for the ideation for presentation for each customer
? Prepare will and do product presentation execution for customer

 Application of RFC products:
? Learn and understand B&W, Kievit’s product portfolio.
? Application develop of RFC products in end use products including Taiwan style milk tea (70%), Instant beverages (15%), Hong Kong style milk tea(15%).
? Sensory evaluation organization
? Any other innovation application develop
? Study the market trend and menu from the Chinese market
? Coordinates with marketing on developing recipes for recipe book or other mode of marketing

Sales support
? Sales support: visit customer with sales together if necessary.
? Working with TSS together for product training support: product application knowledge
? Training sales on new application: training to sales and dealer’s sales team for them to better understand company products
? Participate in demos organized by customers, exhibition, etc when necessary
? Test samples when there is a complaint from customers and help in problem solving on tasting and recipes
? Contact raw material suppliers to broaden knowledge and assist in new development inputs

Working Station
? Bar area daily maintain including raw materials, utensils, equipment (coffee machine, milky cap machine .etc.)

Knowledge:
? Barista certification
? Fluent English will be plus
? 2 years and above experience in development environment, R&D or application engineer, independent for beverage recipe development/modification
? Strong performing capabilities
? Sensitive sensory capabilities.
