A. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Admin & HR Management
1) Acting as an HR Business Partner to assist department managers on staff recruitment, training and resolve staff issues. Manager staff attendance record and provide monthly reports to central HR team and branch manager, and ensure all kinds of management works are align with the company policies and procedures;
2) Arrange all kinds of activities and conferences, closely work with central HR team to achievement the company strategy of “Great Place to Work”;
3) Ensure expats’ staff Work Permit & Residence Permit as well as company Business License and any other certifications to be timely updated according to the government’s regulations;
4) Manage and maintain office facilities, supervise and monitor usage of stationery, printing, telephone, computer, network, courier, hotel/motel and air ticket booking etc. to achieve cost saving in daily expenses.
5) Timely complete other tasks assigned by branch manager and management.

B. QUALIFICATIONS
1. College above degree,
2. Min. 3 years of work experience in admin position, experience in HR is a plus
3. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Chinese Mandarin in both writing and speaking
4. Proficient computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
5. Good sense of service and responsibilities with strong initiative, good organization and communication ability, team player and enjoy teamwork
