Position: Processes (Contractor)

Division/Department: Volkswagen China Passenger Cars Brand

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

Support Brand Volkswagen’s Product Marketing & Strategy Process Management to achieve fast and effective processes with key process counter parts

? Support of for organization and steering of internal and external process partners for C-MSK and project committee planning (C-PK, VW C-VAP, C-VAP, VW VAP, K-VAP etc.)

? Support measuring and monitoring process efficiency and actively initiating, designing and steering process optimization measures

? Support coordination for any process relevant topics, i.e. VGC GM, Joint Ventures, WOB Brand/Group

Your Responsibilities:

? Responsible for organization and steering of internal and external process partners for C-MSK and project committee planning (C-PK, VW C- VAP, C-VAP, VW VAP, K-VAP etc.)

? Measuring and monitoring process efficiency and actively initiating, designing and steering process optimization measures

? Coordinator for any process relevant topics, i.e. VGC GM, Joint Ventures, WOB Brand/Group

Our Requirements:

Professional experience:

? 3-5 years of product marketing, strategy, research and planning experience

? Automotive knowledge (Chinese market preferred) and relative product technology knowledge

? Product management and/or process management knowledge and skills

? Quantitative analysis knowledge and skills

? Good data processing ability

? University degree Bachelor, Master, MBA, PhD or above: business, economics, marketing and sales, business management or similar, preferred subject major in automotive management or automotive engineering

Personal skills:

? Self-driven, Entrepreneurial spirit

? Readiness to accept responsibility

? Strong project, problem solving and time management skills

? Organizational talent

? Communication skill, excellent oral and written expression ability, persuasive appearance

? Strong negotiation skills in German/Chinese business context

? Client and detail oriented

? MS Office proficient

? English language skills essential, Chinese and German advantageous
