岗位职责：

1、制定OEM系统营销战略；

2、制定公司年度销售目标及销售计划并落实；

3、拓展OEM销售渠道；

4、客户管理，维护和提升客户关系，深入发掘客户需求；

5、分析竞争对手，调整产品线；

6、销售团队管理及考核。

基本要求：

1. 医药、营销相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 同等岗位4年以上工作经验，良好的业绩背景；
3. 熟悉OEM销售模式，保健食品行业工作经验者优先考虑；
4. 较强业务拓展能力，熟悉国内市场；
5. 良好的团队建设能力，曾带领超过30人的营销团队；
6. 敏锐的商业嗅觉，对行业的现状及未来发展趋势能作出准确的判断；
7. 敢于担当，责任心和决断力强；
8. 逻辑思维清晰，沟通能力强。
