客户为世界知名汽车制造商
In order to accomplish all tasks, we require the candidate to have the skills, experience and competences described as below: 
1.        KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE in AUTOMOTIVE EMC ACTIVITIES REQUIREMENT
-       Bachelor or up Degree.
-       Understanding of fundamental electromagnetic compatibility theory and application.
-       Good theoretical and practical knowledge in electrical engineering, power electronics, electromagnetism and radio frequency, with numerical simulation and mathematical programming abilities.
-       EMC feasibility studies of new concepts of electric and electronic systems or sub-systems, such as hybrid of electric powertrains, architecture, Diagnostic Tools.
-       A minimum of 3 years of engineering in the field of EMC testing of electric-electronic equipment or systems for the automotive or Vehicle EMC test.
-       EMC technical support and recommendations throughout the different development phases of vehicle projects.
-       Experience with EMC test facility application and EMC operation system Software
-       Knowledge in EMC test equipment (Antenna, amplifier, generator, Power-supply, LIN/CAN network…) and measurement systems.
-       Experience in EMC test plan and test report review
-       Experience in EE parts hardware design schematics and PCB layouts analysis.
-       Knowledge in EMC problem analysis and solving.
-       Knowledge in international and China standard & regulation :( e.g. R10, ISO-11451, ISO 11452, ISO 10605, CISPR 12, CISPR 25, GB14230…)
 
2.        DETAIL JOB DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENT
-       Responsible for EMC vehicle request and delivery planning
-       Responsible for EMC vehicle transportation management
-       Responsible for EMC vehicle test and transportation PR(Purchasing Request) and PO (purchasing order) activities
-       Participate on EMC vehicle project test
-       Support PSA EMC CST engineer on Vehicle EMC test report (CST report and Lab Report) preliminary review and control the report quality.
-       Responsible for EMC vehicle ALTIS create and following
-       Participate the ECSR UEC activity
 
3.        LANGUAGE AND SKILLS
-       Fluency in spoken and written English /or French.
-       Chinese: Good communication skills
-       Microsoft Office: Good skills in word, excel, PowerPoints…
 
4.      COMPETENCIES:
-      This position requires synthesis skills, adaptability, rigor and autonomy.
-      Team spirit
1、汽车电磁兼容活动知识和经验            
-学士或以上学位。            
-基本电磁兼容理论与应用。            
-具有良好的电气工程、电力电子、电磁和射频知识，具有数值模拟和数学编程能力。            
-电力电子系统或子系统的新概念，EMC的可行性研究，如电动动力系统、建筑混合，诊断工具。            
-至少3年工程领域的EMC测试的电气电子设备或系统的汽车或车辆EMC测试。             -EMC技术支持和建议，在不同的发展阶段的车辆项目。            
-有EMC测试设备应用和EMC操作系统软件经验            
-在EMC测试设备（天线，放大器，发电机，电源，LIN / CAN网络）和测量系统的知识。            
-EMC测试计划和测试报告回顾             在EE部分的硬件设计原理图和PCB布局分析经验。            
- EMC问题分析和解决知识。             在国际和中国标准法规知识：（例如R10，iso-11451，ISO 11452，ISO 10605，CISPR 12，CISPR 25，gb14230…）            
2、详细的职位描述要求            
-负责EMC车辆的要求和交付计划            
-负责EMC车辆运输管理            
-负责EMC车辆测试和运输公关（采购要求）和PO（采购订单）活动            
-参与EMC车辆项目测试            
-支持PSA EMC CST工程师对汽车EMC测试报告（CST报告和实验报告）报告质量的初步审查和控制。            
-负责EMC车辆Altis创建以下            
-参与活动的ECSR UEC
