1. Sales & Profitability – Drive store sales and achieve sales success
? Achieve store sales and meet sales statistics targets including average sale, multi-sale rate and category contribution
? Achieve personal sales targets and personal sales statistic targets
? Motivate and drive team members to contribute to the total sales and individual sales targets
? Provide sales training and counsel staff members where necessary
2. Financial – Maximize store profitability
? Ensure all resources are effectively utilized and aligned to meet business and sales goals
? Ensure systems are in place to control the loss of revenue due to theft, poor administration, error and waste at store level
? Accountable for the wages & rosters spend per week
? Accountable for the execution of stock-take and the shrinkage results
? Monitor spend in areas of petty cash, repairs, and postage
? Control stationary & packaging inventory
? Control wardrobe allocation and staff wardrobe allowance
? Control staff purchases
3. Customer Care & CRM – Maintain the highest levels of customer service and generate the best experience
? Ensure the very best levels of customer care and service are provided to every customer at all times
? Build genuine long-term relationships with our customers
? Support/direct the store team to resolve any customer issues or complaints
? Provide customer service training to team members as required
? Ensure team members achieve greater than 90% on all mystery shopping reports
? Effectively manage the CRM system according to company guidelines and expectations
? Drive and monitor individual contribution to the CRM system
? Actively contribute to the CRM system and meet new VIP signup targets
4. Product – Expert product knowledge and brand understanding
? Ensure you and your team fully understand each brand and pricing
? Ensure you and your team have expert product knowledge across all brands
? Ensure you and your team are experts at product styling and can demonstrate this to your customer and to the team
? Ensure you and your team are experts in how our product wears and can provide guidance to customers and team on the aftercare of the product
? Ensure you are confident with handling customer product repairs & faulty processes
? Prepare for and execute regular stock-takes and achieve acceptable stock-take results
5. Visual Merchandising
? Ensure the store always presents beautifully and in line with our VM Guidelines
? Ensure product presentation standards are maintained at all times
? Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are met both on and off the sales floor
? Ensure reserves are orderly and maintained to protect the product and enable efficient stock management
? Ensure stationary & packaging is well ordered and maintained, and utilized to standards
? Effectively prepare for and execute Visual Merchandising guideline implementation within the set timeframe
? Coordinate and execute high profile events, such as VIP or sale events
6. Staff Management, Recruitment & HR – Build and develop the best sales team possible
? Be an aspirational leader and effectively manage your teams performance and behavior
? Recruit the highest caliber team members & coordinate the optimum staff roster
? Thoroughly and effectively induct new team members into our business
? Drive continuous improvement in the performance of each individual team member
? Identify opportunities for team members to improve their performance or behavior through positive and constructive feedback
? Performance counsel team members to company guidelines; ensuring regular appraisals are conducted and succession plans established
? Ensure all team members uphold staff presentation and grooming standards at all times
7. Administration & Operations
? Ensure all administrative and operational tasks are carried out efficiently and all deadlines are met
? Ensure all administrative duties at store level are carried out in line with company expectations
? Ensure efficient completion of store operations
? Adhere to effective OH&S standards.
8. Communication – Embrace and drive company initiatives
? Communicate honestly and professionally with internal and external parties at all times
? Constructively deliver feedback and ideas to team members and head office
? Actively promote and maintain harmonious working relationships with all staff
? Respond to and action all head office correspondence in line with company expectations
? Investigate and report on any occurrences outside normal events
? Keep head office informed of decisions made at store level that impact the business
? Attend training sessions/meetings organized by head office
