Description

?Responsible for supporting and executing on the Bios local CRM roadmap.
?Drive to minimal acceptable levels of tool adoption.
?Work with sales managers and business heads to develop annual business usage rules and expectations.
?Assure local Salesforce.COM drivers, objectives, and KPI's are aligned with the business strategy.
?Develop reports and dashboards to support those business expectations.
?Manage playbook updates as processes and functionality changes.
?Liaze with Learning Managers to create a holistic tool learning program for new hires, managers, etc.
?Work with CI for any required Bios specific enhancements
?Perform essential Salesforce.com administrative duties.
?Understand process satisfaction and do a trend analysis/root cause assessment of adoption issues.
?Work to vigorously ensure data quality through best in class data management practices
?Find ways to improve process usage/adherence. (Assure that our users want to use the tool because they believe it will help their performance. )
?Work with users to determine business needs and requirements
?Work under guidance from Global sales Ops, but customize to local needs and constraints

Qualifications

?3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in life science industry is a plus.
?Experience working in Salesforce.com is a plus
?College degree required
?Ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
?Proficiency using computer software & CRM tools
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
?Experience in project management.
?Fluent in English and able to work across cultures
?Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
?Team player who enjoys working with multiple teams
?Ability to travel to drive execution.
